Implementation principle
A blood pressure monitor is a device used to measure arterial pressure when blood is pumped away from the heart. Typically, from a user's perspective, the monitor includes an inflatable cuff to restrict blood flow and a pressure gauge to measure blood pressure. From a system designer's perspective, a blood pressure monitor is much more complicated. Its components include: power supply, motor, reservoir, pressure sensor and user interface (including display screen, keypad or touchpad, sound device, and optional USB or ZigBee communication interface).
