What pressure should a first-time user start with? The panel adjusts from 30 to 250 mmHg. Start at a low level and increase gradually to what feels comfortable.

Can I use only the lumbar zone? Yes. Keys 1–6 switch each zone on or off independently, so the neck can stay flat while lumbar and hip are worked.

What is the difference between the five modes? Wave works one zone at a time; Build-up adds a zone every 12 seconds; Paired works zones 1+2, 3+4, 5+6; Full inflates all six together; Combined runs Wave then Build-up. Cycle times are listed in the specification table.

How long is a session? The timer runs from 10 to 60 minutes with a tolerance of about 5 minutes, and the unit ends the session automatically.

What happens if the user feels uncomfortable? Touching Pause deflates every chamber immediately. The user can also disconnect power and unplug the air tube.
